Property Lawyer Residential & Commercial
Cardiff | Full-time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Cardiff. The firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to manage a complex and varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters.
This is a rare chance to join a forward-thinking team with strong local connections and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. The role would suit a confident, client-facing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a proven track record in handling both residential and commercial property transactions.
The Role:

Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing

Advise a range of clients from individuals to SMEs and investors

Work closely with existing clients while also building your own following and referral network

Take responsibility for developing the property offering within the firm

Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members if desired
About You:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)

Experience across both residential and commercial property transactions

Able to handle complex and high-value matters with minimal supervision

Commercially minded with a desire to build your own workload and expand your network

A following or partial client base would be advantageous, but not essential

Strong client care and communication skills
