Overview
Property Litigation Solicitor
We are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor 4+ PQE to become a key member of our client’s busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, boundary disputes, and rights of way.
- Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
- Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
- Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 4+ years PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for client service.
