The Role
As Conveyancing Team Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of Property Lawyers, ensuring excellent service delivery and high performance across the board. Youll play a pivotal role in managing team performance, developing legal talent, and embedding a positive, inclusive team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with both deep conveyancing knowledge and a genuine passion for people development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Property Lawyers to deliver high-quality, efficient conveyancing services

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Oversee individual and team performance using a structured skills matrix

Manage workload distribution and resource planning to ensure consistent productivity

Support the development and delivery of personal development plans and ongoing training

Lead on people management issues including performance improvement, absence, and recruitment
