Team Manager Residential Conveyancing
Location: Swansea
Salary: Competetive
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm as a Team Manager within their thriving Residential Conveyancing department. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of 9 Conveyancers and 2 Supervisors, supporting the delivery of high-quality client service and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team.

Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support and development.

Ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs and service level agreements.

Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, guidance, and team support.

Monitor workflows and resource allocation to maintain consistent progress and client satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and team performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a team within a conveyancing or legal environment.

Background in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, etc.).

Qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) or non-qualified with significant conveyancing expertise.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to motivate and support team members to achieve their goals.
