Associate Solicitor – Real Estate – Cardiff
TSR Legal are currently supporting a highly regarded top law firm in Cardiff, who are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate Solicitor to join its market-leading Data Centre team based in our Cardiff office. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in cutting-edge projects across the UK.
As an Associate Solicitor, you will:
- Advise on all aspects of data centre development, leasing, and infrastructure projects for major global clients.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial technology, real estate, and infrastructure agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support senior team members while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise.
- Play an active part in driving the continued growth and profitability of the Cardiff Real Estate team.
- Our client is looking for someone who can bring both technical excellence and commercial awareness to the role.
Ideally, you will have:
- A strong academic background and solid legal training.
- 2+ PQE exposure to a broad range of Real Estate deals.
- A flexible, generalist approach and the ability to handle varied matters.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
- Experience in business development and a good understanding of how to generate new work.
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
