The Supply Room is recruiting for a Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in a teacher training college in Kilburn Park, NW6.

Ideally, we are looking for a graduate with previous sales or retail experience. Graduates experienced working in schools or nurseries will also have the essential skills required to work as an education recruitment consultant. In addition, we are looking for someone who is career-driven, confident and who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

If successful, you will be working within a team of 4 other consultants who deliver an invaluable recruitment service to primary schools across London. Full training will be provided.

We offer a highly competitive uncapped performance-based commission scheme. You will be supported by a very experienced manager who will help you develop the skills to excel in recruitment.
