TSP is a boutique, property and asset management business. We manage office, industrial and retail assets across the UK, creating spaces that are genuinely commute-worthy, hospitality-led, experience-driven, and proudly people-first. We’re 17 years old, but we operate with the energy of a start-up: fast-moving, agile, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Innovation, sustainability, and smart use of technology sit at the heart of what we do, helping us deliver healthy buildings filled with happy tenants. Our culture is collaborative and entrepreneurial. We’re Investors in People Gold which puts us in the top 1% of companies in the UK and we were the UK’s first B Corp-certified real estate company. We are multi award winning and most recently, our CEO Zac was named Property Leader of the Year at the Property Week Awards 2025. We’re in a strong growth phase, with Marketing playing a pivotal role across the business.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder Marketing Executive role for someone who loves variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing activity across TSP’s core business and advisory arm, from content and campaigns to events, assets, and brand touchpoints. You’ll need to be confident cracking on independently, while also collaborating closely and confidently with internal stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and managing social media content across TSP channels
  • Filming and editing high-quality video content
  • Planning content calendars and thinking proactively about future campaigns
  • Creating pitch decks and marketing materials
  • Supporting and writing award entries
  • Producing monthly newsletters & blog posts
  • Coordinating and creating partner blogs with external companies
  • Identifying case study opportunities across the business
  • Supporting on creating lead magnets
  • Owning lead-gen campaign planning and execution
  • Managing our Christmas gifting campaigns every year
  • Creating and managing postal campaigns
  • Supporting and running client-facing and prospect-facing events and community events
  • Assisting with executing webinars and promotional campaigns
  • Managing building signage designs and requests
  • Researching, sourcing, and managing TSP merchandise
  • Creating and maintaining TSP templates and brand assets

You’ll likely be someone who:

  • Has used HubSpot or a CRM in a previous role (to any level)
  • Is a natural self-starter with strong initiative
  • Is highly organised, structured, and forward-thinking
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Brings energy, drive, and a consistently positive attitude
  • Is solutions-driven and commercial in their thinking
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Is confident with video content creation and basic editing
  • Enjoys being an all-rounder rather than sitting in one marketing lane
  • Is extremely willing to learn new things and develop new skills quickly
  • Is happy to roll up their sleeves and take on tasks that may not always sit neatly within their job description
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work and sweats the small stuff
