Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. Taking client briefs ensuring their needs are fully understood and managing their expectations. Putting together written briefs for the creative team, including creating a schedule to be adhered to. Collaborating with the other departments/teams on project briefs and planning. Complete project administration - preparing quotes, requesting/recording purchase orders, forecasting, and monitoring project spend. Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget. Liaising with third party suppliers and internal agency stakeholders. Invoicing jobs in a timely manner, upon completion.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Creative Client/Account Handling background
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google
- Ability to work on multiple projects, across multiple clients simultaneously, under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Full driving licence could be beneficial
- You must be presently living in the United Kingdom, with full leave to remain. Sponsorship will not be available now or in the future.
