Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
Role Objective
Our projects are performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top, with backpacks that have 360 cameras, simple mobile phones and drones. Later, this data is used to enhance one of the most popular online maps in the world. The Junior Project Manager (Operational Lead) will be responsible for managing a team of data collectors, their routes, schedules, expenses; support Project and Program Managers with all planning related tasks. Almost all our projects cover several countries and remote teams from around the globe.
The ideal candidate has coordination/management experience, great communication skills, is very responsible and organised. We value leader style management rather than the boss style.
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication and management of your team
- Closely monitor performance & quality metrics & take corrective action as necessary
- Manage across functions (quality, prod, etc) to meet program deliverables
- Cost management & budget monitoring
- Participate in team trainings
- Risk management on the team level
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience of coordination/management
- Excellent communication - both written & verbal
- Must speak good English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Be flexible to support field operations; non-standard hours
- Be experienced in preparing reports, presentation decks
- Be able to digest information quickly & turn it into actions
- Be able to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress
- Be able to remotely manage the team
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

- Fleet/logistics management experience
- Previous training experience
