Role Overview
We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
- Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
- Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
- Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
- Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards

Required Qualifications
