We are looking to recruit a role where the right person will lead all sales efforts and bids within the Hydro Power Market and support the lifecycle of contracts.

Ideally being based within the midlandsthe successful applicant will have the opportunity to travel both within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Market Analysis and Strategy for Hydro Market.
  • Represent Quartzelec at sales and marketing events.
  • Manage the bid process, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Hydro customers, building strong relationships.
  • Support project lifecycle from handover to completion, attending review meetings.
  • Proven experience in the Hydro & Power Station industry.
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding, ideally with an engineering background.
  • Knowledge of rotating machines and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Skilled in tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
