Overview
We are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading multi-disciplinary practice with exceptional long-term growth prospects. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist seeking a structured pathway to Associate level, supported by strong internal mentoring, CPD and leadership opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across RIBA Work Stages, with experience across all stages preferred (but not essential).
- Produce and coordinate high-quality technical information using Revit and AutoCAD (expertise preferred, not essential).
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to support efficient project progression.
- Contribute to project planning, compliance, buildability reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Support junior staff through mentoring, knowledge sharing and structured development activities.
- Demonstrate readiness for progression by taking on leadership responsibilities aligned with Associate-level expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong technical background as an Architectural Technologist (preferred, not essential).
- Confident working across multiple project types and technical challenges.
- Clear communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Progression to Associate Level
