We are looking for a Repairs & Service Manager to join a growing business based in Crawley, West Sussex , combining technical management, customer relationships, repairs and business development .
Youll lead a small Repairs team of 3 people , manage key customer relationships and larger repair projects, while also being responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities.
And importantly, you don't need to be a traditional salesperson . We are looking for someone with a genuine technical understanding who can speak confidently with customers, identify opportunities and turn their knowledge into commercial growth.
