Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across various sectors
- Produce, review, and manage high-quality technical design information across all RIBA stages
- Conduct site visits and act as a key representative of the practice
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Apply practical, solutions-driven thinking to complex design challenges
- Travel to project sites across the UK as required
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Architectural Technology degree or equivalent (UK-recognised)
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and current construction legislation
- Confidence in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
- Strong communication skills and excellent xgikmsk written/spoken English
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team
