  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with BS EN 16005 and relevant industry standards
  • Providing excellent customer service whilst representing the company professionally
  • Participating in a 1-in-7 weekend on-call rota (Friday to Sunday only)

We are keen to speak with engineers who have:

  • Previous experience servicing and maintaining automatic doors
  • Knowledge of Record, Dorma, Dormakaba, Tormax, ASSA ABLOY, GEZE, or similar products
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • EN16005 certification preferred but not essential

Experience working on industrial doors, gates, barriers, or access control systems would be beneficial, although training can be provided for the right individual.
