We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding automatic door specialist for an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of automatic door systems
- Installation work (approx. 30%) alongside service and reactive maintenance
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Paid 1-hour lunch break included
- Overtime & On-Call: 1 in 6 on-call rota
- Enhanced overtime rates: 1.5x: 6:00am - 8:00am and 5:00pm - 12:00am
- Overtime available if desired
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional night work (approx. 2 nights per month)
- Overnight allowance provided
- DBS check required due to working within schools and healthcare environments
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Private healthcare
- 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
