We're growing - and we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded recruiter to join us as a Senior Consultant / Divisional Lead, taking ownership of an exciting new revenue stream within our business. You'll be joining a business with existing infrastructure, an established brand, and the full backing of a supportive, founder-led team - giving you a strong platform to hit the ground running. You'll work a 360 desk, developing and managing client relationships, growing your candidate network, and driving revenue in your market. As the division grows, so does your role - with a genuine, transparent pathway to senior leadership for the right person. We don't just say that; we mean it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and managing a portfolio of clients through proactive business development
- Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to shape and grow your division
- Taking on team leadership responsibilities as the desk scales

- Proven track record in recruitment - temp, perm, or both
