A leading, award-winning architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its Birmingham studio. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across various sectors
  • Produce, review, and manage high-quality technical design information across all RIBA stages
  • Conduct site visits and act as a key representative of the practice
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Apply practical, solutions-driven thinking to complex design challenges
  • Travel to project sites across the UK as required
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Architectural Technology degree or equivalent (UK-recognised)
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and current construction legislation
  • Confidence in client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
  • Strong communication skills and excellent written/spoken English
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team
