Location: Northampton / Peterborough (Field-Based)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Door-to-Door Pay
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday - Friday (42.5 hours)

TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing powered access business looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to its team, covering the Northampton and Peterborough area.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing powered access equipment and telehandlers at customer sites, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring equipment is safe and compliant.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Service, maintain and repair powered access equipment.
- Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults.
- Respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance visits.
- Complete inspections and service documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers while working independently.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within the powered access, plant, forklift or related industries.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
- CAP certification (desirable).
- IPAF 3a/3b (preferred).
- LOLER inspection knowledge (advantageous).
- Full UK driving licence.
