TSM Technical are recruiting on behalf of an established industrial door company based in the Midlands for an Industrial Door Fitters Mate. This is an opportunity to join a growing business supporting experienced Engineers with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of industrial door systems across commercial and industrial sites.
Previous experience within industrial doors is beneficial but not essential. The company is also open to considering candidates from a mechanical or electrical background who are looking to build a career within the industrial door industry. Training and support will be provided for the right individual.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Engineers with installation and maintenance of industrial door systems
- Support servicing, repairs, and reactive maintenance works
- Prepare equipment and materials for jobs
- Assist with basic fault finding and mechanical tasks
- Ensure work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
- Maintain accurate job records where required
- Provide professional support on customer sites
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £39,700 depending on experience
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- 31 days annual leave

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, installation, maintenance, or a hands-on trade environment preferred
- Mechanical or electrical experience welcomed
- Industrial door experience advantageous but not essential
- IPAF and/or CSCS beneficial
- Good practical and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
- Must be within commuting distance of Hinckley & Bosworth
