TSM Technical are working in partnership with a growing independent automatic door company based in the North West, who are looking to add an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to their team due to continued growth and increasing workloads. The Role

  • Service, maintenance and repair of automatic door systems
  • Occasional installation work
  • Working on a range of automatic door equipment across commercial sites
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Covering the North West region, mainly around Preston and surrounding areas
  • No London travel and ideally no further South than Chester

What They’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working on automatic doors
  • Strong fault-finding and servicing experience
  • EN16005 knowledge desirable
  • A reliable and professional engineer who takes pride in their work
  • Someone looking for stability, progression and a positive team environment

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary (£21.60ph)
  • 40-hour working week
  • Overtime readily available
  • Time and a half paid between 6pm - 12am
  • Double time paid between 12am - 6am
  • NO on-call rota
  • Company van (private use)
  • Fuel card
  • Mobile phone
  • Industry-specific tools provided
  • 28 days holiday + birthday off - additional 2 days annual leave for every year with the business (up to 30 + BH)
  • £500 signing bonus after successful completion of probation (6 months)
  • £1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months
