Overview Our client is seeking Architectural Technologists at graduate, intermediate and senior levels to join a growing, inclusive and highly collaborative multi-disciplinary practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value teamwork, continuous learning and high-quality technical delivery. The successful candidate will work alongside Chartered Architects, Technologists, Passivhaus Designers, and Civil AutoCAD experience on live projects is required. Experience within social housing or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong ability to collaborate, communicate and coordinate within a multi-disciplinary team. Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and Standards . Intermediate Level Competent working knowledge of Building Regulations. Familiarity with the regulatory framework introduced 1 July 2026 . Ability to support technical design delivery across RIBA Stages 34 . Senior Level Thorough working knowledge of Building Regulations and associated frameworks. Capable of planning, managing and monitoring the technical design process from RIBA Stages 34 through to completion . Confident operating in a client-facing capacity . Role Expectations Produce accurate technical design information using Revit and AutoCAD. Contribute to the development and improvement of quality systems and processes . Work effectively within an inclusive team environment that values shared learning and technical excellence. Demonstrate strong technical skills, construction knowledge and clear written/verbal communication. Qualifications
