TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading engineering firm within the industrial door and loading bay sector. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Installation Engineer with a mechanical or electrical background to cover West London and surrounding areas along the M4 corridor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install, service, maintain and repair:
    • Industrial doors (roller shutters, sectional doors)
    • Dock levellers, dock shelters, barriers, bollards, gates, etc.
  • Diagnose and repair basic electrical faults and control systems
  • Snag and commission new installations
  • Work independently from home, attending daily client sites
  • Participate in 1 in 4 on-call rota, with generous standby and callout rates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong mechanical fitting skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge (18th Edition essential)
  • Previous experience with door installs and servicing
  • Flexible attitude – some early starts, overnights, and weekend work may be required
  • Full UK driving licence
