We are recruiting for a Repair Manager to join one of the fastest growing lift engineering businesses in the UK working out of their West Yorkshire office.

This is a brilliant opportunity open to talented and ambitious engineers looking to make the transition into a managerial role, or likewise an experienced repairs manager interested in joining this ever-expanding business.

Your job as Repair Manager will involve the following...

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the repair department
  • Identify opportunities to improve department efficiencies
  • Providing support where possible to other members of the team
  • Planning of repair works and procurement of subcontractor labour when required
  • Manage and lead the repair team, ensuring good levels of performance
  • Oversee recruitment for the repair department

The ideal candidate will have...

  • Experience as a Lift Engineer, working on repairs or having ran a repairs department within the lift industry
  • An NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering: Lift Service & Maintenance, Repair, Installation or J Module equivalent
  • A full UK driving license
