Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Manage recruitment inbox
- Extend verbal and written offer to candidates
- Update and manage the recruitment tracker
- Prepare and submit offer request form via DocuSign for offer approvals
- Primary point of contact for raising purchase orders via Coins for candidate placements
- Liaise with agencies to resolve invoicing and credit note discrepancies
- Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and reference checks as needed
Skills and Experience Required for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good diary management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Coins and ATS system (e.g. Workday)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment or HR support role preferred
