Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Manage recruitment inbox
  • Extend verbal and written offer to candidates
  • Update and manage the recruitment tracker
  • Prepare and submit offer request form via DocuSign for offer approvals
  • Primary point of contact for raising purchase orders via Coins for candidate placements
  • Liaise with agencies to resolve invoicing and credit note discrepancies
  • Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and reference checks as needed

Skills and Experience Required for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good diary management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Coins and ATS system (e.g. Workday)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
