Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document control, including updating, maintaining hard and soft copy files of both β projects and company documents.
- Creating an office budget and inventory for office suppliers.
- Monitoring/asset management: office supplies, including ordering stationery, furniture, electronic appliances, PPE, access control (keys, cards), IT equipment etc.
- Organizing travel arrangements for team members.
- Liaising with office landlord to ensure the office is kept clean, safe and compliant and ensuring all appliances are in good working order.
- Managing on-site and office cleaning company.
- Managing receipts/invoices/delivery dockets and sending them back to the head office.
- Managing accommodation for TSL personnel and making sure that all invoices are paid on time.
- Managing administration associated with the fleet (car service, invoices, required repairs, etc.).
- Updating POR tracker, in cooperation with the Financial Controller.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of administration in an office environment.
- Excellent computer literacy, including the full package of Microsoft Office programs.
