About BuildForward
BuildForward is TSL’s international early careers development programme designed to support graduates as they transition from education into long‑term careers within construction, engineering and business operations environments. Graduates join TSL in full‑time entry‑level or junior roles and gain structured exposure, mentoring, development support and hands‑on experience across live projects and business functions.
Role Overview
As a BuildForward Graduate, you will become part of a dynamic international team and gain exposure to real projects, operational environments and experienced professionals across the business. For the September 2026 UK intake, the initial graduate opportunities are expected to focus primarily on the following areas:
- Design / BIM / Digital Construction
- Construction / Project Delivery
- Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- SmartParc and related project environments
The programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to develop practical experience, contribute to real business outcomes and build long‑term careers within a fast‑paced project environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support live projects and operational teams
