The HR Administrator plays a key role in delivering an efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of HR processes, ensuring accuracy, strong audit trails, and compliance with UK employment law, right to work requirements, and industry standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all UK HR queries, providing a responsive and professional service to employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems promptly and correctly.
  • Manage the UK HR inbox, responding within agreed timeframes, and ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and stored in line with GDPR and audit requirements.
