Rockland Concrete supplies, installs and operates batching plants for our clients throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Rockland is part of the TSL Group and has companies in UK, Ireland and Portugal. Rockland is rapidly expanding its business across Europe and needs an Estimator to join the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Estimator:
- Assist the Estimating Team in the preparation of competent, professional and business strategy related tender submissions.
- Compile and maintain a database of construction outputs compared to tendered productivities.
- Maintain compliance with business governance related to tender adjudications and sign off.
- Carry out regular checks on progress achieved on site.
- Compare outputs assumed at tender stage with outputs achieved during construction.
- Maintenance of tender log to inform the business about the status of current and submitted tenders.
- Assist live projects on commercial and technical change management matters.
- Take full responsibility of Invitation to Tenders, submissions and completions.
