Job Title: Department Manager - Cable Location: Basingstoke Headquarters Salary: £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. 09:00-18:00 Monday-Friday (flexible working hours and the possibility of overtime during busy periods) TSL is at the forefront of the live event industry, providing lighting and rigging solutions for live music, theatre and corporate events across the UK and Europe. In this role, the primary focus is managing inbound operations, as the timely inspection, servicing, testing, and processing of returned equipment are vital to maintaining efficient workflows. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee the preparation, testing, presentation, and packing of all equipment, including power cables, signal and data cabling, cable looms, power distribution systems, connectors, and related accessories Key Responsibilities People Management: Provide direct line management to warehouse staff within the cable department, managing workloads, identifying training needs and updating departmental training matrices. Lead internal on-the-job training and support external training where appropriate. Motivate and support team members in achieving both individual and departmental goals. Cable Equipment
