The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.

We have a vacancy for a trainee Quantity Surveyor/Estimator working within our busy commercial team. The successful candidate will undertake a graduate apprenticeship and will work towards a BSc (Hons) degree, following the quantity surveyor pathway. This will involve 4 years of work-based learning whilst attending UHI in Inverness on block release throughout this period. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn whilst you learn and to progress within your chosen career, with the support of our friendly and highly knowledgeable commercial team.

To apply, candidates must usually have three Highers. If you have previous experience but do not have three Highers, please still get in touch as we may be able to look at this on an individual basis. Ideally, the successful candidate will have, or be working towards having, a full driving licence.

The role is based in our offices in Oban and will require regular travel to various sites including Fort William, Oban and Aviemore. The closing deadline is 5pm on Thursday 12th March 2026.
