TSL Contractors Ltd is an award-winning construction and civil engineering company based in the west coast of Scotland. Due to a recent expansion in our geographical remit, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to assist in the growth and development of our new business unit, delivering civil engineering & construction services in Inverness and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our offices in Inverness, with travel required throughout the region.
The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the progress and successful delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, ensuring safety, compliance and consistently high quality standards on all works. This position would suit an experienced operations manager or contracts manager looking to progress to the next step in their career.
