We help organisations turn groundbreaking ideas into reality, by delivering high quality, professional work at every stage of the Design and Build process. Over the past 30 years we’ve built a reputation for being a trusted and respected partner that genuinely cares about improving workplaces for people. What sets us apart is the quality of our people and our ability to bring together different perspectives and areas of expertise to deliver solutions that meet the particular needs of our clients.

The role and the work:

  • Lead the design and delivery of graphic design projects across marketing, bids, sales and brand initiatives with minimal oversight from the Graphics & Brand Lead.
  • Produce high quality design work across digital and print formats, including pitch documentation, tender responses, video assets, presentations, marketing collateral and brand material.
  • Develop innovative layouts and visual concepts that push creative boundaries while adhering to TSK and client brand guidelines.
  • Use advanced design platforms (e.g. Adobe CC, Vev, Webflow) to build engaging, modern digital experiences.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on the most effective creative approach to meet their objectives – suggesting alternative or improved solutions where appropriate.
  • Confidently challenge unclear briefs, unrealistic timelines or low-impact creative requests, offering better pathways forward.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, owning timelines, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency of design across all communication channels and outputs.
  • Translate complex ideas, processes and data into simple, visually compelling graphics, infographics and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design tools, techniques and industry trends, proactively enhancing the team’s capabilities.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Advanced technical design ability, including expert Adobe Creative Suite skills and strong capability with digital design tools such as Vev and Webflow CMS.
  • Ability to independently lead design projects from brief to delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - confident giving guidance, pushing back appropriately, and shaping briefs to achieve better creative outcomes.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, balancing multiple deadlines and prioritising effectively.
  • A distinct creative voice and the ability to contribute original ideas, challenge assumptions and propose more innovative approaches.
  • Proven experience interpreting and applying strict brand guidelines with high levels of consistency and precision.
  • High attention to detail, especially in final output preparation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print production standards.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to continually improve processes, outputs and creative excellence.

The ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across both print and digital formats.
  • Experience working within the design and build or construction industry, with an understanding of how design supports the sales and bid process.
  • Web design experience or familiarity with no-code/low-code content platforms such as Vev or Readymag.
