Perform a variety of shipping/receiving administrative tasks and manual picking, packing with additional shipping warehouse duties to support the shipping/receiving team, ensuring all shipments are dispatched in a timely manner. Ensure cost effectiveness and timely management of carriage using approved vendors for imports and exports. Prepare all import and export documents to ensure compliance with all EU and other countries customs regulations, assist with all other admin related duties.

- Picking and Packing customer orders.
- Organizing all shipments in line with company/customer requirements.
- Ensure timely shipment of goods in a cost-effective compliant manner.
- Managing usage of the UPS world ease process for shipments into Europe.
- Use of FedEx, DHL software for booking shipments.
- Operate handling equipment and ensuring safety regulations are followed.
- Ensure customer orders are accurate.
- Perform and undertake other warehouse tasks and duties where necessary.
- Post orders and shipping information daily using SAP computer system.
- Provide freight quotes and any other required to the admin team.
- Manage the packing materials re-order quantity process.
- Use of Forklift truck/hand trucks.
