As a Graduate AI Developer you will play a hands-on role in designing, building, and deploying AI agents as part of TSG’s Applied AI programme. You’ll work within a fast-growing AI practice that already has a live governance framework, senior AI leadership in place, and multiple production agents delivering measurable outcomes for our people and our customers.

From day one, you’ll be embedded in real builds, learning how AI is designed, governed, tested, and deployed at scale across a Microsoft-first technology estate. Your focus will be on building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, integrating them with the systems our teams and customers use, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Halo ITSM, and Azure AI. You’ll work alongside experienced AI engineers, architects, and security specialists to ensure everything you build meets TSG’s quality, security, and governance standards.

This role is structured with clear and accelerated career progression and is designed for individuals who want to build real AI systems early in their careers and progress quickly based on capability. Please note a 2:1 or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM discipline is an essential requirement for the role. This is a hybrid position, and candidates are required to be based within the North East.
