As Marketing Director, you will be a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic marketing direction of the business. You will drive engagement with our current and future clients, providing senior leadership and direction to a highly skilled team who are focused on the generation of new business leads.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and coach the marketing and TSG Academy teams in their roles and support their development both personally and as a team.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Optimize inbound and outbound marketing efforts using data driven insights.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, marketing automation and performance analytics.
- Ensure consistency across digital platforms, events and partner communications.
- Analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor strategies to inform positioning.
- Translate insights into actionable go-to market plans.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, reducing spend on agency resource where appropriate.
- Refine and enhance the current TSG Customer Academy offering to drive engagement and maximise ROI.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in marketing / commercial / sales environment.
- Proven track record of crafting value propositions, messaging and positioning.
- Superior communication and analytical skills.
- A great touch with tone of voice.
- An instinctive understanding of what makes Founders/CFOs tick.
- Proven experience as a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in commercial or sales is essential.
- Experience of marketing services and outcomes, not products.
- Experience of leading a team is essential.
- A track record of driving SEO performance.
- Experience/awareness of AI powered SEO.
- A background in the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Experience of presenting at board level.
