Job Overview
The main goal of this role is to ensure the replenishment of all stock requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner. Maintain adequate stock levels to meet internal and external customer SLA\'s.
Key Responsibilities
- Placing orders with suppliers and confirming delivery dates
- Chasing overdue orders
- Maintaining accurate internal databases with prices and supplier details
- Liaising with couriers
- Dealing with van stock inquiries from field staff and engineers
- Ensuring adequate stock levels across all stores
- Collaborating with warehouse and engineers to ensure correct delivery of parts
- Transacting Spare Sales
- Supporting the Purchasing and Logistics team with other duties
