As a Field Service Engineer in our Fleet division you will conduct regular maintenance, testing & inspecting and reactive breakdown service calls on a range of equipment as well as completing necessary paperwork for quality and safety inspections.

What you'll do:

  • Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Produce timely and accurate service reports.
  • Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
  • Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.

Skills and attributes:

  • Experience using hand tools.
  • Technical awareness.
  • Mechanical or electrical experience, either professionally or through self interest.
  • Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three phase supplies is a plus!
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Understanding of PC hardware (networking and IT troubleshooting).
  • Full Drivers license.
  • Comfortable working at height.
