The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Field Service Engineer in our Wash division you will conduct regular maintenance, testing & inspecting and reactive breakdown service calls on a range of commercial wash equipment as well as completing necessary paperwork for quality and safety inspections.
What you'll do:
- Daily diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Produce timely and accurate service reports.
- Ensure all calls are attended promptly and within set SLA.
- Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
Skills & attributes (training can be provided if needed):
- Experience using hand tools.
- Technical awareness.
- Mechanical or electrical experience, either professionally or through self‑interest.
- Ability to voltage test AC/DC single and three‑phase supplies is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
- Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Understanding of PC hardware (networking and IT troubleshooting).
- Full Drivers license.
- Comfortable working at height.
