Plan and schedule heating installation works for engineers and installation teams across the contract.
Arrange appointments with residents/tenants and ensure installation dates are confirmed and communicated clearly.
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, team leader and contract managers to make sure jobs are planned correctly and completed on time.
Manage the installation programme including surveys, installations and any follow up works where required.
Ensure engineers’ diaries are planned efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise unnecessary travel.
Deal with any scheduling issues such as cancelled appointments, access issues or delays and rearrange works where required.
Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to provide updates on installation works and resolve queries.
Ensure all jobs are raised, updated and closed correctly on the company’s system.
Keep accurate records of installations via Planned Programs and POWs, appointments and job progress.
Monitor the progress of works and highlight any issues that could affect KPIs or completion targets.
Provide updates and reports to Team Leader and Contract Managers where required.
Ensure all works are scheduled in line with contract requirements and company procedures.
Work closely with other planners, administrators and operational teams to ensure works run smoothly.
