Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · To carry out surveys at domestic properties both for private and social housing. · To complete surveys to company specifications including some drawings and heat loss calculations. · To explain, in detail, to tenants how, when and what work will be carried out. · To complete comprehensive instructions for installation engineers. · To send surveys electronically to head office on a daily basis. · To ensure all Health & Safety standards set by the company and other relevant bodies are adhered to at all times and that all work is carried out within current statutory regulations. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: · Current ACS qualifications. · Good knowledge of heating systems. · Knowledge of relevant building regulations. · Current UKATA online asbestos awareness certificate. · Driving Licence Check. · DBS
