TSG Building Services is a well-established and fast expanding building services company working in occupied properties of local housing authorities. An opportunity has been made available for a resilient and proactive Chargeable Co‑ordinator within our head office in Potters Bar. We are looking for an individual who has exceptional attention to detail and strong Excel skills. Experience within a financial administration role is preferred but not essential. Training can / will be provided as necessary to ensure continued development and quality improvement.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Daily invoicing
- Purchase invoice checking
- Data entry
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Answering phone/email communication

Additional Info: This is a part‑time, 6 month, fixed term position, up to £10 per Hour, but negotiable dependent on levels of experience.
