TSG Building Services Plc. is a fast expanding, family run, multi-disciplined building services company with contracts all over the South East. There are five divisions within the company; Servicing & Maintenance, Mechanical, Private Works, Construction and Renewables & Electrical. We are now looking to recruit a Subcontract Builder to work mainly on general building and making good following new installations in the Welwyn and Hatfield area.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with access panels
- Making good and following up after heating installations
- Boxing in general maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- The ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive approach and work well in a team environment.
- Be very customer‑focused, communicating effectively with clients and tenants.
- Experience of working on contracts within the social housing sector.
- A relevant trade qualification relating to the role.
- A current clean driving licence.
Subcontractor requirements:
- Your own transport and relevant tools.
- A current clean driving licence.
- The appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
- Current Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
- DBS certificate dated within the last 6 months.
Rate of pay will range from £80 to £150 per day, to be discussed during interview. This is a mobile position and a certain amount of travel will be required.
