The UK's clean industrial transition won't be won in policy papers. It'll be won in the rooms where capital, policy and industry actually meet. That's what we convene at The Sustainability Community - and I'm hiring the first person to help me build more of those rooms.
I've spent 25 years in partnerships, and this is one of the most genuinely exciting briefs I've had: selling access to the conversations shaping clean energy, future cities and advanced manufacturing across the UK. We're a national partner to HM Government, with 6,000+ senior delegates a year, expanding into eight regions.
You'd own the full sales cycle - sponsorship, exhibition and partnership packages across our portfolio - ReGeneration Earth, Future Cities & Transport, Clean Energy UK and Clean Industrial Growth Investment Summit.
I'm looking for someone early in their commercial career but hungry, who can hold their own in a conversation with a senior stakeholder and genuinely cares where the country's heading. I'll teach you the rest.
Salary / Commission £25–28k base plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE c.£42.5k). Hybrid, three days in our Leeds office. Real ceiling, real mentorship, real purpose.
