- KEY OBJECTIVES
- Deliver exceptional service with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth
- Take full ownership of your section during service, from set-up to close
- Help create a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere rooted in teamwork, attention to detail, and pride
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- I. Section Leadership
- Manage your section with speed, consistency, and grace under pressure
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience
- Handle orders and payments accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards
- Support junior team members with guidance and encouragement
- II. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Greet, seat, and engage guests with genuine hospitality
- Confidently guide guests through the menu, making thoughtful recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages with precision and attentiveness
- Handle feedback or complaints professionally, escalating when appropriate
- III. Team Collaboration & Development
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Step in to support teammates when needed, especially during peak hours
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development
- Contribute ideas to improve guest experience and service flow
- IV. Operational Standards & Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section at all times
- Ensure knowledge of allergens, specials, and menu changes is always up to date
- Follow all licensing laws, health and safety guidelines, and opening/closing procedures
- Complete side duties, restocking, and polishing to ensure readiness for every shift
