TSB Business Banking are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Direct Relationship Manager Team based in Edinburgh or our key Head Office locations. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping business customers feel confident about their finances and future growth. You'll build trusted relationships, provide tailored support and guidance, and help customers navigate a range of business banking needs while delivering excellent service and fair outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and delivering personalised support across a range of enquiries
  • Taking ownership of customer needs, identifying solutions and helping businesses achieve their goals and ambitions
  • Providing excellent service while balancing customer outcomes with regulatory, risk and policy requirements
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and specialist teams to ensure customers receive the right support at the right time
  • Building your knowledge of business banking products, policies and processes to deliver confident and informed customer interactions

WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT

At TSB, your contribution matters. We recognise the difference you make every day, and we make sure you feel valued, supported and rewarded in return. We’ll pay you a base salary of £28,500 from day one, and an excellent benefits package which includes:

  • Extra 9% of your salary (£2,565) to either take as cash in your pay or to spend on flexible benefits (dental plan, cycle2work, buying extra holidays, etc.)
  • Variable Pay Award (5%/£1,425 on target) based on company performance.
