THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
TSB Branch Banking are looking for a Money Confidence Supervisor based in our Hull branch. As a Money Confidence Supervisor, you’ll lead, inspire and coach Money Confidence Experts by role modelling through your skills, behaviours, and actions, being a true advocate of the TSB Purpose. Spending most of your time with personal and business customers, providing Money confidence, for everyone, every day.
We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, collaboration and the use of digital tools to make banking simpler for our customers. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Work with the Bank Manager to create a culture, vision, and belief in the TSB Purpose, through an engaged & inspired team
- Say it straight, by understanding how you can help TSB achieve its Primary Corporate Objectives and take action to maximise your contribution and that of your team.
- Feel what customers feel, through you and your team keeping busy looking for more ways to help customers in the banking hall, on the telephone, during customer meetings and at the counter.
- Do what matters by identifying current and future needs, helping customers achieve their financial goals.
- Look for better by building long-term customer relationships and ensure the Bank Manager is introduced to customers at times that matter
