THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

In this role, you’ll act as an SME as part of the team who owns the technical integration of defined services, providing second level support and deputising for the Service Operations Management Lead. You’ll drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for incidents, manage risks and perform maintenance to prevent service issues. You’ll also provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure services, monitor performance and security, resolve operational issues, and automate routine tasks.
