The Digital Workplace Engineering Manager is responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and maintenance of the Digital Workplace Estate including Citrix, Cloud PCs, Thin Clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient digital workspace experience. This role is critical in enabling remote and flexible work arrangements by providing reliable access to our digital resources.

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role:

  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Endpoint Management.
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud services and hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Familiarity with networking principles and protocols relevant to Citrix environments.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting to streamline Citrix platform operations.
  • Understanding of user experience design and management in a digital workspace context.
  • Strong technical expertise in Citrix technologies and digital workspace solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confident people manager, able to lead through pace, ambiguity and competing operational priorities.
  • Experience with management of an M365 platform a bonus.
