THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Reporting to the Fraud Prevention Manager, the ideal candidate should have either experience of working in a fraud role or with systems/data in a root cause analysis or problem-solving role. You will make a difference in your role by building relationships and working with other TSB teams and suppliers on fraud control enhancements, such as systems and processes to help make sure that our customers are always protected from fraud when banking with us.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • An understanding of fraud ideally within a financial services environment
  • Experience of problem solving and solution identification.
  • Proven knowledge of business systems and tools which includes all Microsoft Applications
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Be a good communicator and hold the ability to influence others.
