THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting Rectification Support Managers with the delivery of rectifications impacting more than 1,000 customers, with a value in excess of £50,000. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Products, Legal, Conduct Risk and Credit Risk. You will make a difference by:

  • Completing weekly quality file checks and ensuring actions remain up to date.
  • Collating, updating and circulating meeting materials and reporting packs to support effective governance and oversight.
  • Managing core learning activities and supporting completion of required training.
  • Managing the Capita tracing process to support the identification and contact of gone-away customers who require written communications.
  • Managing purchase requisitions and associated purchase order processes in line with required controls.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to support rectifications through to conclusion, including monitoring progress and following up on actions across a range of stakeholder groups.
  • Supporting managers with the delivery of multiple rectifications of varying complexity, ensuring activity progresses against agreed deadlines.
